What plans don't cover
New pages (£75–£150), new features, design overhauls, product data entry beyond the e-commerce add-on, and anything that needs a quote — none of it is in the plans. If something outside your plan comes up, I'll tell you the price first and wait for your OK before doing it. Extra work is billed per 15 minutes at £45/hour — you'll never get an invoice you weren't expecting. The monthly call is for whatever's on your mind about the site — questions, ideas, things to change. If it turns into a job beyond your plan, I'll price it first and wait for your OK.

One-off jobs, priced up front. Half the fee to book your build, half on launch day; deposits by card.

Your shop, built in my workshop rather than rented off a big platform: made to match your branding, up to 30 products on the shelves, card payments straight into your Stripe account, and an hour's training so you can work it yourself.
No platform fees — hosting is part of your care plan. Extra products £4 each. 2 revision rounds.
Bespoke

Anything bigger than the packages above. Quoted individually before anything starts — most bespoke jobs are £2,500 and up.
Every build includes 3 months of Essential care free. After that, a paid care plan is required to keep the site on my hosting — I say that now so it's never a surprise in month four. Further revision rounds are £45/hour, agreed with you first.

Launch offer The first 10 builds
The first ten Market Stall and Shopfront builds go out at £295 and £895 instead of £395 and £995. In exchange I ask for two things: a short testimonial I can publish, and before/after screenshots of your site. That's the whole deal — same build, same care, no lock-in.
Every launch-offer build still includes the usual 3 months of Essential care free, then a paid plan is required. Sell Online isn't part of the offer and stays £1,595.

Takeover audit — £99
Inherited a website you can't get into? The takeover audit is £99: I recover your access, check security and updates, review your hosting and speed, and send you a one-page traffic-light report with a recommended plan.
The £99 is refunded in full against any care plan (first 3 months) or a build of £500 or more — so it's free if you carry on. It isn't refunded against the £395 Market Stall build, because that's under £500; I'll always flag that before you pay.
The audit doesn't include fixes — those are quoted, or done under a plan.

You and I look at what you have and what you need. The £99 audit is refunded against a care plan or a build of £500 or more.
